American professional eater Randy Santel and competitive bodybuilder Mike Sell each versus The Dirty Bird's giant "Big Berty" Pork, Beef, and Fried Chicken Loaded Crinkle Cut Cheese Fries Eating Challenge, hosted by The Dirty Bird 815 in Sycamore, Illinois which is about 1.5 hours to the west of Chicago in the USA!! I drove down from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and spent four days attempting 4 big and delicious Illinois restaurant food challenges around the western suburbs of the Chicagoland area.
For competitive eating challenge #3 of four, I headed to west out to The Dirty Bird 815 in Sycamore, Illinois so I could attempt their giant "Big Berty" Pork, Beef, and Fried Chicken Crinkle Cut Cheese Fries Challenge with my competitive bodybuilder friend Mike Sell who lives in Wheaton, Illinois.
Mike has attempted and won about 30 restaurant food challenges the past few years.
We each had just 30 minutes to finish 2.5lbs of crinkle cut fries topped with a massive piece of fried pork tenderloin, two 1/4 pound beef hamburger patties topped with cheese slices, five thick hand-breaded chicken tenders, lots of BBQ pulled pork, and more, all topped with The Dirty Bird's homemade cheese sauce.
Each platter weighed 5.5lbs or 2.5kg total and Mike and I were each trying to win our $50 meals free plus sweet t-shirts and spots on the Wall of Fame.
I was also trying to beat the 29 minute time record that was held by my competitive eating friend @EliLessig.
